1. Definitions and Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bet 77 platform and all services offered under it. "bet 77", "platform", "we" or "service" refers to this website and its associated mobile application. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform.
In these Terms, "account" means a member's personal registered profile. "Deposit" means adding funds to the platform, and "withdrawal" means taking deposited funds back. "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards given subject to specific conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms of Service

3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account with bet 77, you must provide accurate and complete information. During registration you will need to provide your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and any other required details. bet 77 reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or incomplete information.
3.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to hold more than one account, all accounts may be permanently closed and any funds held may be frozen. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, each of them may contact support individually for assistance.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You must not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
4. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
All services on bet 77 are for people aged 21 and above only. At any time after registration, bet 77 may request a government-issued ID, birth certificate or other supporting documents to verify your age and identity. Certain services, including withdrawals, may be restricted until verification is complete.
Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity documents is strictly prohibited. Submitting false documents during verification will result in permanent closure of the account.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
bet 77 currently supports the following methods for deposits and withdrawals:

- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks
5.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.
5.3 Withdrawal Process and Timing
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if a KYC verification is pending or an unusual transaction is detected, additional verification may be required. The payment details registered to your account must be used when making a withdrawal request.
5.4 Transaction Responsibility
Please ensure you use the correct payment details when making a deposit. bet 77 will not be responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect information. bet 77 may place a hold on any suspicious or unusual transaction until an investigation is completed.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500, and you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before you can withdraw.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the bonus description.
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the bonus terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from the bonus after the wagering requirement is completed may be withdrawn.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
- bet 77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
6.3 VIP Program
The bet 77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. The criteria for moving to a higher tier depend on the type and volume of play on the platform.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 General Betting Rules
bet 77 offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, slots and live casino. Separate rules may apply to each section, which will be displayed within the relevant section. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
7.2 Technical Errors
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to server issues, network disruption or any other technical reason, bet 77 reserves the right to cancel that transaction and return the deposited funds. Exploiting any technical error is strictly prohibited.
7.3 Odds and Results
For sports betting, the odds set by bet 77 at the time a bet is placed will apply. Event results are taken from official sources. If an event does not take place at the scheduled time or is postponed, bet 77's decision on the relevant bet will be final.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet 77 platform:
- Opening an account using fake or another person's identity documents.
- Operating more than one account under the same person's name or from the same device.
- Placing artificial bets or engaging in collaborative betting to exploit the bonus system.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software, games or payment system in any way.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
- Harassing, threatening or attempting to defraud other members.
- Using automated tools, bots or scripts on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by bet 77
If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, provides false information, or breaches any part of these Terms, bet 77 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus balance may be forfeited.
9.2 Closure by the Member
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. As part of responsible gaming, you may also request a self-exclusion for a set period of time. All members are encouraged to follow the Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
bet 77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. bet 77 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical errors, third-party service interruptions or unforeseen circumstances. We always aim to maintain service quality and availability, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service.
All gaming decisions are entirely the member's own. The member bears full responsibility for any financial loss from gambling or betting. bet 77 does not alter the outcome of any game and does not guarantee winnings.

12. Changes and Amendments to the Terms
bet 77 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to apply in full. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions of these Terms, the English version will take precedence.
